How do I know that my nomination has been received?
You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your entry immediately after you submit the form online. This confirmation is your invoice.

What do I do after I send in my nomination form?
By May 15, you will receive an e-mail notifying you of the category your nomination has been assigned to, and the instructions on how to submit supplemental supporting materials to the judges. If you do not receive this e-mail by May 20th, please contact dsommer@softwareceo.com.

All materials submitted to the judges must also be submitted to SoftwareCEO. Supplemental materials may include self-running software demos, online demos through Web sites (userid/passwords), books, Web site URL’s and userid/password. It is up to the discretion of the judges whether they are willing to participate in guided demos. Judges and/or SoftwareCEO may contact nominees asking for supplemental materials.

While supplemental materials are not always required, it is the ultimate responsibility of the nominee to provide adequate evidence of the innovation to the judges so that the nomination is fully considered for an Award.
