Another 2 cents
If you've got much text to display or for your clients to manipulate hire a typologist.
I was struck by the stark difference between two survey's I answered.
1) Google Desktop uninstall
2) Earthlink customer survey.
It was easy and quick to answer Googles. It was annoying to do Earthlinks and yesterday was the first time I bothered. Ususally I just take one look and say "pass"
Sometimes a graphics person would know this stuff or have a typologist they use. Other times they only work with the non-text side, so you need to check.
