Start new software company

I want to start my own software company in india,
what should be the ideal way to begin ,
currently I am working in an MNC located in pune india from past 1 year.

I want to know how to begin,should I go for some good franchise or something else,

You have to register with Company of Registers and then with STPI, if it is reasonable.

Then it depends on your idea/projects/scope of the work in terms of expansion.
