What do you do when your source code is stolen?

I am the CEO of Boachsoft, Ltd.  We have never sold the source code or key generator of any of our products from Boachsoft's inception in 2004. We are enlisting the cooperation of CEO of software companies across the globe  in preventing the sale of the source code and key generator of our products which may have been stolen. Our products are protected by law. We would file legal charges against any body found in possession of any of these.
