We are looking to develop mobile extensions to our desktop app.

I don't think we have the internal skill set to really spec the project out; we just don't have experience with all the potential issues (look/feel, sync to database, cloud options, etc.).

I'd like to find a consultant who has expertise and experience, who can spec the project out. Not looking for coding just yet; looking to have a tight front end, so when we do go to programming, we have the best chance for success.

Any ideas?
