Hi, I am trying to determine the average or appropriate number of developers per QA staff. Right now we have 6 Java developers and 2 QA people and I am told we need a 3rd QA person and that we will always need a 2:1 ratio of developers per QA staff. That seems high to me. What is normal or approproiate? We are a Java shop beginning to run Agile. Any help appreciated. Thank you!
