Hi all, i am working as business development executive with***software solution pvt ltd.It is a consolidated software application of CRM ERP and accounting. and our target market is SME. I facing problem in marketing of product as there are many competitors in market.
i request you to suggest me, how i can start from the stretch. i want some marketing stratergies and the way of approaching customer on telephone.

Hello all. I am in the process of rolling out my Customizable Facebook Applications for SME's. Our start up budget is coming from my wallet which is shrinking faster than anticipated (always seems to be the case). Any ideas on ways I can promote free trials of my products for little or no money?

You have some users, right? Work those users to get more users: referrals, affiliates, communities.
PR: Cheap, easy, effective, but you might need outside guidance.
