It is off course beneficial for an employer as well. They hire employees from their client company, hence it help in co-employment process. For more information on benefits and services of PEO, visit the link given.

What is the overall impact of using Professional Employer Organizations in employment, specifically in growth stage companies under 50 employees? Because I'm being approached quite frequently by different PEO (such as Administaff and ADP) and they all say about decreased employer liability, better employee benefits and other good aspects of "co-employment". The question is how this can impact the company valuation, attractiveness for investors, are there any legal issues surrounding it? For example, what happens to intellectual property created by co-employed employees? The concern is obviously the ownership of this property.
And besides general thoughts, my main question is actually this: Anyone using PEOs for your workforce "containment"? Are you happy with this approach or not?
