Dear colleagues,

A team of java developers from Russia wants to find new clients for a remote work in the US market. We have a several clients from the UK and Europe. Now we are planning to extend our business.
Are there sites or forums where such ads are published?
Is it possible to find a kind of sales manager in the US who can help us?
What should we start with?
Maybe someone from this forum can help us and become our partner...

Thank you,
Michael

Hi,
Offshore and offshore,.... again, millions of developers in India, Russia, China, etc. look for Western clients.
- Firstly, why are you different or better?
- Secondly, what do you mean by "a team of Java developers"?
1) A group of friends / students
2) or an established company with customer list, specific competences or know-how, Website,?
If 1), sorry, nobody can do anything for you. If 2), I suggest you find local System Integrator who will subcontract developments to you. If you are a big company, you can find customers directly but I don't think you are.
- Thirdly, what is your budget, how much are you ready to invest to attract customers, or Sales Manager, or Partner? If you have no budget, come back to the fisrt question: Why are you different or better, or why customers or partners will come to you?
Then you can think about partners, customers, etc...
Sincerely

The question "how does a group of Java developers in Russia get business in the US?" is really just a variant of the question "how does a business get customers?" That is a subject called "marketing" and books have been written on it.
