Does anyone have any pointers to where I can find a good template for a software sales contract/agreement? I have a seperate EULA, so the contract should contain everything else agreed between the parties, ownership, etc.

I can send you a subscription proposal that we use as a sales contract. It has a "terms" section that refers to an external license agreement and some other things like payment timeline, a request for code escrow, publication of anecdotal information and a requirement for a company contact for us to use.
