We have a software client that wants to be able to send out postcards on a one-off basis to lists as small as 300 names, and the cost to do so through normal channels (i.e., a local lettershop) is prohibitive.

Has anyone out there used a vendor that enabled online ordering of both printing and mailing of 4-color postcards? In other words, a site that would allow you to upload both art and mailing list? We've used www.printingforless.com for printing with great results but they don't provide mailing services.

Any and all recommendations welcome. I note that InfoUSA has a service along these lines (SnailMail) but something about the Website doesn't make me very confident. Thanks much,

Howard

I know that DeltaLPrinting.com (in the Buyer's Club) will do customer fulfillment of manuals and CD's etc. They might have a "mass" mailing option. I would ask them, they understand how companies have low volume needs. They might know of someone else as well.

We have used AmazingMail (www.amazingmail.com) to do this for several years. The people there are a delight to work with and they do very good quality work.

You can send only one postcard at a time if you want, or as many as several thousand.

You just upload the images and the list, and they take care of the printing and mailing.

The cards, which are laminated, are memorable and stand out in the mail.

I believe you can send yourself a test postcard from their site for free, if you want to see what they look like.

You're a godsend. Exactly what we were looking for. Many thanks,

It appears that the online print shops are now adding this capability. I've used www.psprint.com for my collateral printing, for some items, and they've just added mailing services. I also receive regular updates from www.colorkgraphics.com and they just sent a mailing today announcing that they've added list rental and mailing services to their printing services.
