Welcome to twittersphere, Roy!
Spot-on on your statement "you keep testing and refining it until you have something you can use".
Thanks
Twitter Won!
After resisting for a long time I have become @roydaya ... I took the time to research why I should waste my time with Twitter and Twitter won...
From now on I am https://twitter.com/roydaya ...
I have a whole new marketing plan based on Twitter but I need to test it out before I promote it...
Look at Twitter for your own business to:
1) Create content with specific keywords that will pull the attention of people interested in what you do.
2) Filter content that is generated in real-time to learn about trends, news, competitor moves, market opportunities etc.
3) Create content that is relevant to what is currently hot.
This is what I am working on... Strategy might change with experience... This is what I love about marketing, it is a science. You assume something and then you keep testing and refining it until you have something you can use.
